With a mean annual temperature of 11.0°, 2025 was our second warmest year on record. Since 2012 the 5 year moving average is rising steadily in an alomost linear fashion. Back in 2012 the 5 year average was 9.8° and now the 5 year average is 10.8° !

Compared with the 19th century monthly means, October is now almost 2° C warmer.
